Auto Renewal

Auto-renewal details for Top of Mind and Elevated Retention Plans.

To ensure your clients receive a non-stop curated experience on your behalf, all retention plans (Top of Mind and Elevated Retention) are set for auto-renew each month or annually.

This feature allows a true set-it-and-forget-it solution to have current and past clients taken care of ongoing.

While it's not recommended to stop client care for past clients, we understand some situations are unavoidable and turn auto-renew needs to be turned off. Turning ANNUAL auto-renew off will ensure all touches are processed for a pre-paid annual plan.

To Turn Off the Auto-Renew Function (ANNUAL PAYMENT ONLY):
  1. Click on "MY PLANS" on the left sidebar.
  2. Select the client and corresponding retention plan you wish to adjust.
  3. Click "TURN OFF" in the client information panel.

To Turn Off the Auto-Renew Function (MONTHLY PAYMENT ONLY):
  1. Click on "MY PLANS" on the left sidebar.
  2. Select the client and corresponding retention plan you wish to adjust.
  3. Click "CANCEL" in the client information panel.
