Activating and deactivating birthday plans
Never forget a birthday ever again! We have two options for birthday plans: There's Birthday (Basic) and Birthday (Premium). Click here to see the differences between each plan. Both plans are set to change every single year. Your clients will never receive the same gift to celebrate their special day!To add a birthday plan:
- Click "SERVICES" in the left column.
- Click Birthdays and Anniversaries.
- Under Birthday select "ACTIVATE"
- Find the client you are trying to activate the plan for.
- Click "CHOOSE" and enter their birthday (if it's not listed) or click save.
- If their birthday is listed you also have the option to edit their address if it's not the one you would like to send this touch to.
- Once you click "SAVE" their birthday plan will be active!
To remove a birthday plan:
- Click "SERVICES" in the left column.
- Click Birthdays and Anniversaries.
- Under Birthday select "ACTIVATE"
- Find the client you are trying to remove the plan for.
- Hover over the Active letters and click on the pencil icon that shows up
- Select the toggle to inactive and select "SAVE"
Pro Tip: If the birthday is less than 14 days from now, you will have to set their birthday 14 days from today to trick the system into sending the touch now, but don't forget to update their birthday to the correct date after the touch has shipped!
