      Can I change what the message on the gifts say?

      Nearly any message can be edited prior to the gift being processed

      To change the message on a touch:
      1. Click on "ACTIVITY" in the left sidebar.
      2. Click on the touch you wish to adjust the message for.
      3. Under "INCLUDED" click "EDIT".
      4. Type your message and click "SAVE".

      Messages for Top of Mind or Top of Mind Plus + can be changed in the Activity Page of your dashboard.

      To Change the Message on a Top of Mind/Top of Mind Plus + Touch:
      1. Click on "ACTIVITY" in the left sidebar.
      2. Click on Top of Mind or Top of Mind Plus + "CUSTOMIZE YOUR MESSAGING!" button
      3. From there you can select the clients you would like to edit messaging for (we have a bulk option!) and select the "EDIT MESSAGE FOR XX PEOPLE" green button on top.
      Note: Once Top of Mind gifts start processing, the messaging options will be locked.
