Canceling a Client Retention Plan:

You can cancel a Client Retention Plan directly from your Client Giant Dashboard.

Canceling a plan ends the gifting experience for that recipient and turns off auto-renewal. Any future scheduled touches on that plan will no longer be sent.

We recommend keeping your retention plans active whenever possible. Consistent, thoughtful outreach helps you stay connected to the people who matter most, especially during periods of market uncertainty.

If you no longer wish to send gifts to one recipient but would like to continue the plan for someone else, annual plans may be eligible for a recipient swap. Learn how to swap a recipient on an annual plan.

To cancel a plan:

  1. Click MY PLANS in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the recipient whose plan you would like to cancel.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel.
  4. Confirm by clicking YES, CANCEL THIS PLAN.
