What to expect when it comes to client responses.

The goal of our retention programs is to ensure you stay on the forefront of your client's mind ongoing. We want them to always think of you as the professional of choice and ensure you are the first one they passionately refer to friends and family. How often do you reach out to your favorite author to tell them you loved thier book? We know this may be a little extreme but keep in mind, the goal is for your clients to be thinking and telling people about you. We always hope people have the manners to say thank you but reality is they might. Perhaps they are busy or get distracted when a gift arrives. This doesn't mean it isn't working! Trust us.
