Delay, expedite, swap, or cancel a touch.

You have complete control over pending touches

To delay or expedite a touch:

1. Click on "ACTIVITY" on the left sidebar menu.
2. Select "UPCOMING" at the top of the page.
3. Select the touch you wish to delay or expedite.
4. Click "EDIT" next to the 'Process Date'.
5. Adjust the date with the arrows on each side.
6. Confirm the new date and click "CONFIRM".

Note: Changes can only be made before the processing date.

To swap or cancel a touch:

1. Click on "ACTIVITY" on the left sidebar menu.
2. Select the touch you wish to swap or cancel.
3. Select "I NEED HELP WITH THIS TOUCH" under the Included Message Box.
4. Select "I NEED HELP WITH THIS TOUCH" and then select the appropriate field.

Note: Feel free to add a special instruction if an option you were looking for was not available.

To ask a question about a specific touch or leave special instructions:

1. Click on "ACTIVITY" on the left sidebar menu.
2. Select the touch you wish to swap or cancel.
3. Select "I NEED HELP WITH THIS TOUCH" under the Included Message Box.
4. Select "I'D LIKE TO ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS".
5. Enter your special instruction or question in the text box and click "SEND MESSAGE".
