Activating and deactivating home anniversary
Send a special touch to celebrate your client's home anniversary! These gifts change every year so your client will never receive the same touch.To add a home anniversary plan:
- Click "SERVICES" in the left column.
- Click Birthdays and Anniversaries.
- Under Home Anniversary select "ACTIVATE"
- Find the client you are trying to activate the plan for.
- Click "CHOOSE" and enter their home anniversary date (if it's not listed) or click save.
- If their date is listed you also have the option to edit their address if it's not the one you would like to send this touch to.
- Once you click "Save" their home anniversary touch will be active!
To remove a home anniversary plan:
- Click "SERVICES" in the left column.
- Click Birthdays and Anniversaries.
- Under Home Anniversary select "ACTIVATE"
- Find the client you are trying to remove the plan for.
- Hover over the Active letters and click on the pencil icon that shows up
- Select the toggle to inactive and select "SAVE"
Pro tip: If the anniversary is less than 14 days from now, you will have to set their anniversary date 14 days from today to trick the system into sending the touch now, but don't forget to update their date to the correct date after the touch has shipped!
