3 payment options for select services for all budgets
The annual payment option pays for the service in one lump sum, providing peace of mind that your clients are taken care of for an entire year. There is a built in discount when choosing annual payments, as this also allows us to plan 12-18 months ahead, procure high-quality gifts, and ensure inventory is reserved for your clients.
The monthly payment option offers a lower upfront cost with two options:
- IMMEDIATE FULFILLMENT (Monthly) = 3 monthly payments at once. This allows your first gift to be shipped asap. The 2nd month's payment and each payment going forward will be the normal monthly rate.
- DELAYED FULFILLMENT (Monthly) = single monthly payment. The first gift will ship after the 3rd monthly payment is made.
If you choose the monthly payment option, the payment will occur on the same date as the purchase date. For example: If you purchased a Top of Mind plan on May 2nd, your next payment date will be June 2nd, then July 2nd, etc. Monthly payment options require a 3-month rolling minimum commitment. Monthly plans must be canceled to discontinue the service.
If you choose the annual payment option, the payment will occur on the same date every year. For example, if you purchased a Top of Mind plan on May 11th 2020, your next payment will be on May 11th, 2021, then May 11th 2022, etc.Annual plans are set to automatically renew when purchased. Renewals can be managed in your account and turned off anytime.
