Pause or Cancel a Transaction Package

How to pause a package for a real estate transaction that hits a snag, falls out of contract, or gets delayed.

There are options to pause or cancel your transaction package. We know that not every transaction runs smoothly and the Client Giant system is set up well for this.

Pausing a package is ideal when your clients will be continuing to buy or sell, even if it's a different property. This is ideal so a brand new package isn't purchased, sending your clients duplicate gifts they already received.
To pause a transaction:
  1. Click TRANSACTIONS in the left column.

  2. Click the client you wish to pause

  3. Click PAUSE.

Canceling a package is ideal when things end completely and you know you will no longer be working with that client anymore, you can click cancel and your account will be credited for all the items that were never sent.
To cancel a package:
  1. Click TRANSACTIONS in the left column.

  2. Click the client you wish to cancel.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click CANCEL.
