Viewing Upcoming Gifts
Your account displays upcoming gifts, recipients, order status, and tracking once a gift has shipped.
Making Changes
Before production begins you may be able to update the recipient, address, gift message, or delay
or skip an eligible touch.
If Your Gift Hasn't Shipped
A Pending status before the scheduled shipment window is normal. Contact Support if you believe
a shipment is overdue.
When to Contact Support
